It is the easiest soup you’ll ever make. You will need:

2 Tbs. of extra virgin Sun Flower Oil, 2 Carrots, 2 Parsnips, 1 Beet, 2 Radishes, 1 Potato, 1 thumb size piece of fresh Ginger, 1 Bay leave, Pink salt and Black pepper to taste.

Cut all into small pieces and place everything in a pre-heated pot with the oil and black pepper. Add the bay leaf and mix until everything gets cover with oil.     

After sauteing the veggies for five minutes, add six cups of water and the bay leave to the mix. Let it boil until all the veggies become soft and tender. Strain all the roots out of the water. Use your favorite blender to puree all the roots using the same water. Please be cautious. Return the hot water to the pot and add the pureed root mix into it. It may take more than one time to puree all of them.  Chopp fresh cilantro and use it as garnish. Enjoy!
