Gather two carrots, a piece of fennel, three asparaguses, and one small potato. Dice everything and place it inside each half of a medium size spaghetti squash,

Drizzle your favorite oil on it, I love using Organic sunflower oil myself. Add some cracked black pepper, pink salt, and dried basil. Bake for a half hour at 360 degrees. 

Top it with fresh diced tomato and enjoy.
