This soup is the most simple and yet, one of the tastiest foods prepared by WHATSINYOURTUMMY. 

  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Celery Sticks
  • 1 Small head of broccoli 
  • A cup of diced butternut squash
  • 1 cup of diced jewel yam 
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fennel
  • 1 Bayleaf
  • Sesame seed oil
  • 1/2 Cup of Chopped cilantro
  • 4 Cups of filter water 
  • Pink salt and pepper to taste

Place all the ingredients in a pot as you get them ready. Yup, all of them, pour about 3 tablespoons of oil on top of everything along with the salt and pepper, saute for at least seven minutes and top it up with the four cups of water. Boil for twenty minutes. Carefully place all the veggies in a blender and blend until you get a creamy texture. Put the mix back into the pot and bring the soup back to boil once again, serve and enjoy. 1f60b
