If you are vegan and you are having a Margarita to celebrate Cinco De Mayo, chances are, ‘You are having eggs”. Egg whites are commonly used to make the Sweet and Sour foamy. So I came up with a solution. ‘DONT DRINK SWEET AND SOUR’ Margaritas, make your own. It’s easy and tasty.

All the ingredients are in the pictures and just follow the pictures for the process :). (half lime, 3 dates, a handful of frozen mango chunks, half of the grapefruit and the Tequila of your choice.

Add three ice cubes and blend, blend and blend more. DO NOT blend the Tequila. 

Pour a shot of tequila in your rim salted cup and pour the mix, stir, and SALUD !
