Get all ingredients ready. Pink salt  and white pepper are already in the bowl. Fresh mint, fresh micro greens or sprouts, just mayo, La Preferida jalapeno peppers, the tortilla wrap of your choice (I used organic Rudis multigrain), fresh avocados, mix and go.

Cook your bacon and warm up the tortilla.

Place a couple of slices of fresh tomato, bacon, and salad mix as shown.

Start by folding as shown then just roll and push the end inside the wrap.

Is supposed to look like this. If it doesn’t, try again until you become a professional burrito maker 😉
