This is a very very simple recipe. Bake two organic potatoes and let them cool down. While they get cold, get your Himalayan pink salt, Just mayo, Bragg nutritional yeast, white pepper and fresh dill. All organic if you can. 

Chop the dill as fine as possible. Crumble the potatoes, add nutritional yeast, pink salt, and white pepper to taste. Add two tablespoons of just mayo and start mixing until you get the texture wanted.  

After mixing, slice a fresh cucumber and fresh tomato. It’s nice to scoop the salad with the cucumber and place the tomato atop.
