Hi there again. I found this amazing organic garbanzo beans and the word hummus invaded my mind. As I stated before, the best and most important thing to do with your grains is to SOAK them for seven to ten hours (depending on the grain), fort hem to Sprout. After you do this, make sure you rinse them all the way and then place them to cook for a good twenty minutes. While they cool down, get your organic tahini, two organic limes, organic cayenne pepper, organic cumin, organic coriander, pink salt and distilled water. 

Per each cup of organic garbanzo beans, you’ll need 2 tbsp of Organic tahini, 2 tbsp of coriander,  2 tbsp of Bragg’s Organic extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp of Organic cumin, the juice of 2 organic limes, pink salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Blend everything until you get the desired texture. Use caution when adding water. Garnish with cayenne pepper and sea salt Pita Chips or regular bread and ENJOY!!!
