VEGETARIAN MEZZI PACCHERI

It all starts by chopping fresh kale, fresh broccoli, and a fresh tomato. Place your mix into a preheated saucepan with Cold pressed sunflower oil, white pepper and Himalayan pink salt.  

Place enough water in a stainless steel pot. Add more organic sunflower oil, dried basil and dried oregano, and plenty of pink salt. Do not add the pasta until the water is on a boiling point. Please be careful at the time of draining the pasta out of the boiling water. Always save a little of the water used to cook your pasta. you’ll need it for extra moisture in your pasta dish.

MIX YOUR PASTA AND VEGGIES IN THE SAME POT WHERE YOU COOKED THE PASTA AND ENJOY THE STEAMY AROMAS.

I USED SHARED ORGANIC FARMSTEAD GOAT CHEESE ON TOP OF MY PASTA AND I HAVE NO REGRETS 😉
