Place in your blender fresh basil, almonds, hazelnuts, a whole jalapeño, pink salt and a whole sliced tomato. Do not add water. Pour the mix into a medium size bowl. Dice more tomato without the seeds, diced avocados, another jalapeño pepper, a pinch of cumin, dried basil and oregano, the juice of a half lime and white pepper. Serve the “GUACAMOLE” like mix a top of fresh sliced papaya and romaine wedges and dust the dish with cayenne pepper.
